Tom R. Baggerly
President

Mr. Baggerly brings over 20 years of commercial construction experience to U.S. General Contracting.  As our President, he manages and directs all aspects of day-to-day field operations.  Throughout his career, his knowledge and experience to accurately perform pre-construction budget estimates and effectively oversee his project management team has made him a frequent consultant to end users, developers, brokers, architects and interior design firms. 

Before joining USGC as Executive Vice President, Mr. Baggerly held several senior management roles where he oversaw the construction of numerous multi-million dollar projects that included large scale shopping malls, commercial buildings, parking structures and storage facilities.  In addition, he has managed the completion of several interior fit out projects for churches, high end commercial space, HUD apartments, and shopping malls.  Mr. Baggerly is committed to quality results and works in partnership with each client to ensure the success of all USGC projects.

 

 
   

Karen Uceda
Vice President of Operations

Ms. Uceda joins U.S. General Contracting with over 8 years of experience in Operations Management and a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Uceda is responsible for the overall operations of the corporation including accounting, information systems, facilities and human resources. Her primary responsibility is the development of operational objectives and strategic plans aligned with company goals.
